Half Moon Pose
Burn a few extra calories and create a "tremendous stretching feeling" when pressing the elevator button.

Standing Head-to-knee

If and only if you can lock the standing leg, slowly, gently...put on your shoe.

Standing Separate-Leg Head-to-Knee

Hands in prayer, heels in one line, hips square - then slowly round down... All the way down, until you can pick up your wallet.

Eagle Pose

Late for a meeting and no time to grab a chair? No problem. Sit down in awkward posture, lift and wrap your right leg around the left, and twist limbs like ropes. Solved.

Awkward Pose

Ever find yourself needing to reach down for something directly in front of you, but you're just like... "Meh. I wish there was another less awkward way to do this..."? Well, you can always extend your arms, stand up on your toes like a ballerina, then sit down into an invisible chair with your spine perfectly straight. Totally practical.
But make sure you're close enough to desired object so you don't fall forward like this.

Triangle Pose

Sheng: "So Dawn, where's your new condo?"
There it is!!!

Half Moon back bend

It's easy to hold the phone to your ear and enjoy a long conversation, just make sure your elbows are locked, arms more behind the ears, now look back, way back, more back... "Yes, I'll hold."

Balancing Stick

If you ever need a pop-up tea table, simply balance on one leg and charge forward with your hands and leg stretching in opposite directions.
*Warning: Do not try this with an expensive tea set, or with an improper form, like Dawn's.
