30 Day Challenge


Mara and Dawn have accepted Bikram Yoga Manila's 30 Day Challenge! 
*Sheng would have also accepted, but she is currently island hopping for work. She agrees to attempt her own 90 Day Challenge in June.*

From March 1-30, participants need to complete 30 sessions. Ideally, that's one session per day, but in case you miss a day, you can always do the dreaded doubles... or triples. 

With the challenge on-going, the studio has been uncharacteristically FULL. It's nearly impossible to find a vacant locker, mats are spaced barely one foot apart, and you can no longer see out the windows through the steam. 

But despite the cramped studio, it's wonderful to be around so much positive Bikram energy! Newbies and veterans alike practice side by side. As you can see, the number of contenders far exceeds expectations. They no longer fit on the board! It's madness. Awesome madness. 


We will be documenting our progress here on The Bikram Diaries, everyday for 30 days.
